Ask for Angela is in operation across the venue. All of our staff are briefed on a per-event basis on how to handle these situations discretely. Please approach a member of security or bar staff who will be more than happy to help.

is your venue wheelchair friendly?

YES! The entire venue is wheelchair friendly and we have an accessibility toilet on site. Please feel free to get in touch prior to the event to ask any questions, and/or when you get to the venue please speak to a member of staff who will be happy to help.

All our of staff are trained on how to handle these conversations with respect and discretion.

can i bring a bag?

If it is essential that you need to bring a bag, we highly recommend bringing a bag no larger than A4. We only offer a cloakroom on certain events so may not have the facilities to accommodate storing your bag.

All bags are searched on entry.

what id’s do you accept?

Passports, driving/provisional licenses, citizens cards.

We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Even if you get ID’d at the door, you may still get ID’d at the bars if you are lucky enough to look under 25.

is there parking?
