Soundsystem salsa class with Yandi Martinez! It's like a normal salsa class but it's powered by 8 scoops of the scotland yard soundsystem...

The class runs from 7.30 - 9 and then we'll go into a soundsystem dance til midnight (it's a school night after all)

The soundsystem dance will celebrate many types of music from Latin America ... Salsa, cumbia, merengue, champetta, samba, panamanian dancehall, ba-tu-ca-da, bachata & rumba.

There will be plenty of salsa so people who come to the class can practice their steps.

This should be really bloody wholesome and a nice place to make friends, learn a few dance moves and swing a stranger around quite badly.

If you want to dance with somebody then ask them, if they say no then that means no.

I'm so excited for this.

It doesn't matter if you're a beginner or a maestro, this will be a laugh <3
